告别 8GB，消息称三星 Galaxy S25 系列手机 12GB RAM 起步

IT之家 12 月 20 日消息，X 平台博主 Abhishek Yadav 今日爆料称，三星 Galaxy S25 系列手机的基础版本将配备 12GB RAM。所以，这次没有 8GB RAM 版本的 S25 和 S25+。

作为对比，三星目前在售的 Galaxy S24 仍然提供 8GB +256GB、12GB+256GB、8GB+512GB 的存储版本，Galaxy S24 + 则是升级提供 12GB+256GB、12GB+512GB 的存储版本。

IT之家注意到，本月初另一名博主 @Jukanlosreve 曝光了三星 Galaxy S25 Ultra 手机存储规格，分别为 12GB+256GB、16GB+512GB、16GB+1TB。

作为对比，目前在售的三星 Galaxy S24 Ultra 存储规格全系 12GB RAM，存储空间同样提供 256GB、512GB、1TB 三个选项。可以看到，新一代机型在 RAM 上将迎来小幅升级。

爆料人 Evleaks 于 12 月 18 日放出了三星 Galaxy S25 系列手机发布会邀请函，最新的 Galaxy Unpacked 活动将于当地时间 2025 年 1 月 22 日在美国举行。
