苹果向美国海关提交系统更新申请，规避Apple Watch禁售风险

IT之家 12 月 29 日消息，在“缓刑”到 2024 年 1 月 10 日后，Apple Watch 已经在美国重新上架销售，苹果公司也紧紧抓住这一丝喘息的机会，尝试通过软件方式避免销售禁令。

苹果 Apple Watch Ultra 2

根据彭博社报道，苹果公司已经向海关提交了一份软件更新申请，作为备用手段，即使“搁置 Apple Watch 销售禁令”的紧急动议没有得到批准，也可以尝试通过软件规避的方法，重新销售 Apple Watch Series 9 和 Apple Watch Ultra 2。

国际贸易委员会（ITC）今年 10 月作出最终裁决，认定苹果 Apple Watch 侵犯了 Masimo 的专利，导致 Apple Watch Series 9 和 Apple Watch Ultra 2 两款产品 12 月在美国禁售。

ITC 预估会在明年 1 月 10 日前提交申请，拒绝延长销售禁令；而苹果提交的软件更新方式如果能通过海关调查，Apple Watch 最快可能于 1 月 12 日重新发售。
