三星 Exynos 2500 芯片曝料：10 核 CPU+Xclipse 950 GPU，折叠屏手机成新战场

IT之家 11 月 25 日消息，消息源 @saaaanjjjuuu 于 11 月 23 日在 X 平台发布推文，曝料称三星计划明年推出的 Galaxy Z 系列折叠手机中，装备 3nm 工艺的 Exynos 2500 芯片。

IT之家此前报道，三星原本计划在 Galaxy S25 系列手机中，率先部署 Exynos 2500 芯片，但由于良率不足 20%，因此在全球市场上，改而全系使用高通骁龙 8 至尊版 for Galaxy 芯片。

而最新消息称三星并未因此放弃 Exynos 2500 芯片，而是将发售计划推迟到明年 7~8 月推出的 Galaxy Z 系列折叠手机上，可能会率先装备在 Galaxy Z Flip7 小折叠手机上。

消息源还透露了 Exynos 2500 芯片的架构设计，采用 3+5+2 集群，3 个 Cortex-X925、5 个 Cortex-A725 和 2 个 Cortex-A520 核心，并搭配高性能 Xclipse 950 GPU，性能方面应该可以满足高端手机的需求。
