消息称芯片制造商铠侠12月18日上市，将通过IPO筹资总计约32.85亿元

IT之家 11 月 22 日消息，据日本经济新闻报道，芯片制造商铠侠（Kioxia）计划于 12 月 18 日上市，预计发行价为 1390 日元（当前约 65.2 元人民币）。根据计算，铠侠将通过 IPO 筹资总计 700 亿日元（当前约 32.85 亿元人民币）。

参考铠侠 2024 财年第二财季（截至 2024 年 9 月 30 日）的业绩情况，在该季度中铠侠实现 4809 亿日元（IT之家备注：当前约 226.46 亿元人民币）营收，较第一财季增长 12.22%，几乎是前一财年同期（2414 亿日元）的两倍。

根据此前各种公开报道，铠侠原计划 2021 年 10 月份在东京证券交易所上市，但因为存储芯片市场的不确定性而推迟；后来又打算在今年 10 月上市，但因为大股东贝恩资本与外部投资者间的分歧而放弃。
