Galaxy S10 / Note10 系列手机变砖原因已确认，三星撤回 SmartThings 更新

IT之家 10 月 5 日消息，在导致 Galaxy S10、Galaxy Note10 系列等旧款手机“变砖”后，三星公司承认问题原因是近期发布的 SmartThings 更新，目前已撤回本次更新，并承诺会尽快发布修复补丁。

大家好：

包括 Galaxy S10 系列在内，部分运行旧款安卓系统（安卓 12）的 Galaxy 设备在升级安装最新 SmartThings 应用更新后，出现了循环重启的错误。

对于本次更新导致的各种问题，我们对比表示非常抱歉。

我们目前已停止推送 SmartThings 应用更新，我们非常重视这个问题，会尽快提供解决方案。

如果你的设备更新后遇到问题，请联系就近的三星服务中心，以便于修复这个问题。
