谷歌今年决定提早约两个月举行年度硬件发布会，不仅推出了搭载 Android 14 的 Pixel 9，还导致了不同硬件产品的分阶段发货时间。

首先，将在未来几周内推出的新品包括第四代 Nest 学习型恒温器，计划于8月20日星期二发布。随后，Pixel 9 和 Pixel 9 Pro XL 将于8月22日星期四在零售店上市。这与过去的发布节奏相符，公告与上市之间的时间间隔也是正常的。
