快科技6月5日消息，康宁公司宣布推出大猩猩玻璃7i，这款玻璃专为中高端设备打造，旨在提高中高端设备的耐用性。

康宁公司副总裁David Velasquez表示，购买智能手机是一项重要的投资支出，耐用性仍然是消费者最关心的话题，康宁大猩猩玻璃7i将以实惠的价格，提高中高端设备的耐用性。

据悉，康宁大猩猩玻璃7i是康宁大猩猩玻璃第五代的升级版，目前不少中端设备还在使用康宁大猩猩玻璃第五代，比如Nothing Phone 2a，而康宁大猩猩玻璃第五代早在2016年就已经问世，因此康宁推出了升级版大猩猩玻璃7i。

经康宁公司实验室测试，大猩猩玻璃7i通过了沥青路面上1米的跌落测试，竞品铝硅酸锂玻璃则没有通过测试，而且大猩猩玻璃7i的耐刮擦性是铝硅酸锂玻璃的2倍。

据了解，OPPO将会全球首发康宁大猩猩玻璃7i。
