消息称英伟达首款Windows on Arm处理器将采用英特尔3nm工艺

IT之家 5 月 27 日消息，X 平台消息人士 Kepler (@Kepler_L2) 近日表示，英伟达有望于明年推出的首款 Windows on Arm 处理器将采用英特尔“3nm”制程。

@Kepler_L2 是在回应另一位消息人士 AGF (@XpeaGPU) 的 X 文时发表这一看法的：

@XpeaGPU 认为英伟达的 WoA SoC 将搭载 Arm Coretex-X5 架构 CPU 内核、英伟达 Blackwell 架构 GPU，封装下一代 LPDDR6 内存，并基于台积电 N3P 制程。

此外，@Kepler_L2 还称，这颗 SoC 面向平板电脑市场，“几乎可以肯定”将采用单片结构。

目前英伟达最先进的 GPU 均由台积电代工，部分其他产品则由三星电子负责制造，不过英伟达也对引入第三家先进制程代工厂持开放态度。

据IT之家此前报道，英伟达 CEO 黄仁勋在 2023 年 5 月末表示，该公司当时已收到了基于英特尔“下一代”工艺节点的测试芯片，测试结果良好。
