苹果承认多款 Apple Watch 存在“鬼触”问题，可尝试通过强制重启解决

4 月 11 日消息，据 MacRumors 报道，苹果授权服务商 (AASP) 近日收到苹果公司的一份备忘录，其中提到影响 Apple Watch Series 9 和 Apple Watch Ultra 2 的触控问题，也同样会影响 Apple Watch Series 7、Series 8 和 Ultra 1 机型。

备忘录建议服务商不要直接更换出现“鬼触（Ghost Touch）”问题的 Apple Watch，而是引导用户通过强制重启的方式解决，强制重启可以通过同时按住侧边按钮和数码表冠十秒钟来完成。此外，服务商还被要求确保所有受影响的 Apple Watch 都更新至最新版本的 watchOS。

IT之家注意到，苹果公司在今年 2 月份开始调查部分 Apple Watch 机型出现的触控问题，当时该问题仅在 Series 9 和 Ultra 2 上出现。表现为用户会在手表屏幕上感受到“误触”，导致屏幕“跳动”或出现无故的操作。

watchOS 10.4 版本中加入了针对“鬼触”问题的修复程序，因此该版本理论上能够解决所有受影响机型的此类问题。不过，如果更新后问题仍然存在，那么从备忘录的措辞来看，苹果可能会在不久的将来提供进一步的修复方案。
