通用汽车谈弃用CarPlay和Android Auto：容易让驾驶员分心

通用汽车信息娱乐产品负责人蒂姆·巴比特（Tim Babbitt）近日接受媒体 MotorTrend 采访，提供了关于弃用 CarPlay 和 Android Auto 的其它见解。

巴比特表示，通用汽车始终把消费者安全放在首位，CarPlay 和 Android Auto 可能存在连接不良、响应时间慢、兼容性问题和连接问题等问题，导致驾驶员因智能手机故障排除而分心。

巴比特表示内置车机系统减少了对 CarPlay 等服务的依赖，让驾驶员在开车过程中减少拿起手机的概率，从而提高了道路安全性。
巴比特在采访中并未提供相关的理论依据，也没有展开相应的测试。

巴比特援引 J.D. Power 的数据表明，驾驶员在使用 CarPlay 和 Android Auto 过程中，如果遇到问题，通常会将怒气撒到车企上，而不是苹果和谷歌公司。
